The CAO uses your final order at the Change of Mind deadline
When offers are made, the CAO system works through your list from top to bottom. Once you receive an offer for a course, you won't receive offers for any courses ranked below it.
Order by genuine preference: Always list courses in the order you would actually want to attend them.
No strategic gaming: There's no advantage to temporarily moving courses up or down. What matters is your final order.
Points don't affect order: You're not penalized for putting high-points courses at the top if that's your genuine preference.
