Public Domain & Legally Compliant: Developed by John L. Holland and adopted globally by universities, governments, and organizations for career counseling. This framework is public domain and fully approved for educational use. We do not use proprietary assessments like the Self-Directed Search — our questions are original implementations based on the public RIASEC theory.

We measure the Big Five personality traits (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism) which are the most scientifically robust personality dimensions.

Open-Source & Research-Backed: We use open-access IPIP (International Personality Item Pool) items, which are in the public domain and scientifically validated. This model is recognized by the American Psychological Association (APA) and the British Psychological Society (BPS) as a cornerstone of modern personality research. We do not use commercial assessments like NEO-PI-R or BFI-2.
