How CourseCompass Assessments Work
Step-by-Step Process
- Create an account — Register with your email at coursecompass.ie/auth. School students receive access codes from their school.
- Choose your assessment — Select from 12 assessments or purchase a bundle. Individual students can buy tests directly; school students access all tests through their school licence.
- Complete the assessment — Answer questions at your own pace. Most assessments take 10–35 minutes. You can pause and resume.
- AI analysis — Your responses are analysed using our multi-framework algorithm combining RIASEC interests, Big Five personality traits, and aptitude scores.
- Receive results — Results appear instantly in your student dashboard. They include personalised insights, course recommendations (where applicable), and actionable next steps.
- Download PDF report — A comprehensive PDF report is generated for each assessment, suitable for sharing with parents, guidance counsellors, or teachers.
