Ambassador agreement

This agreement is between CourseCompass ("we", "us") and you, the ambassador. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must confirm by email that they agree to it before we can approve you.

You are an independent ambassador. This is not a contract of employment, apprenticeship, partnership or agency. You are not a CourseCompass employee and must never describe yourself as one.

You promote CourseCompass honestly to students, parents and your own audience, using your personal discount code and share link.

You may use the graphics, captions and sample results we provide in the content kit. You keep control of your own content and posting schedule.

You must make it clear when a post is a paid or commissioned promotion, in line with Irish and EU advertising rules. Wording such as "I earn commission if you use my code" is enough.

Do not claim that CourseCompass guarantees CAO points, a college offer, a place on a course, a job, or any specific outcome.

Do not run paid search or paid social advertising that bids on the CourseCompass name, or that could be mistaken for our own advertising.

Do not post into official school accounts, class group chats, teacher channels or exam-related groups without the permission of the person who runs them.

Do not share another student's real results, screenshots of another person's account, or any personal data that is not yours.

Do not present yourself as a teacher, guidance counsellor or careers adviser, or give individual guidance advice in our name.

Do not create fake accounts, buy engagement, or use your own code for your own purchases.

Your code gives the buyer 15 percent off eligible CourseCompass products. Codes may not be stacked with other offers.

Your code is personal to you. Do not sell it, list it on coupon or deal aggregation sites, or transfer it to anyone else.

We may pause or retire a code at any time, for example if the programme changes or if this agreement is breached.

You earn commission at the rate shown in your ambassador dashboard, calculated on the amount actually paid by the buyer, excluding refunds and chargebacks.

Commission becomes payable once the sale is past our refund window. Sales inside the refund window are shown as pending.

On the last day of each month we build a payout run. You are included if your payable balance is at least 5 euro and you have supplied valid bank details. Anything below the minimum carries forward.

If a sale is later refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed and netted against your future payouts.

You are responsible for your own tax position on anything you earn. We do not deduct tax on your behalf.

While your ambassador status is active we give you free access to CourseCompass tools for your own personal use.

This access is personal and non-transferable. If your status is retired, the access may be withdrawn.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the CourseCompass name and supplied assets solely to promote CourseCompass under this agreement.

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant us permission to reshare your CourseCompass-related content on our own channels with credit.

Do not alter our logo, imply endorsement by a school, university, the CAO, the State Examinations Commission or any State body, or register domains or handles containing our name.

We process your application and payout details to run the programme, on the basis of performing this agreement. Details are in our privacy policy.

If you are under 18, we also process your parent or guardian's name and email to obtain and record their consent.

Do not collect personal data from other students on our behalf.

Either of us can end this arrangement at any time, in writing, with no notice period required.

If you leave or are removed, we pay commission you have legitimately earned up to that date in the next scheduled payout run.

If we end it because of a serious breach, such as fraud or misleading claims, we may withhold commission linked to the breaching activity.

We may update the programme terms. Material changes will be notified by email and will apply to sales made after the change.

Nothing here creates an exclusive relationship. You may promote other products, provided you do not misrepresent ours.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
